Tampopo Japanese restaurant

Dear hubby could not join us for Japanese food at Tampopo, what a pity.

I have wanted to go there for the longest time. But my Japanese boss said it is a family restaurant, not suitable for couples. There were really a lot of families there but I don't see why this restaurant is not suitable for couples?

The most important thing is, the food was really good! WE had toro, which is the fattier part of the tuna and really delicious. It is expensive to eat in Singapore as compared to the price in Japan. But once you have tried it, you will not fancy the normal tuna. It's so smooth and will simply glide down your throat. Heaven!

Unfortunately I did not manage to take photos of the toro. It ended up in our stomach before I remembered to take pics! So here are the rest of the food.

We will surely go back again!
