Daddy's little girl - Athena

I went to shoot a baby girl yesterday. Athena was sleeping soundly and simply refused to wake up, despite us calling and shaking her.

Her daddy carried her up but look at her! She's sleeping so blissfully.

This pose seems to be saying to us, "Do not disturb me!"

She finally opened her eyes and gave us this sideway glance.

She must be thinking, why do you disturb me?!

She was very grouchy when she woke up. Her daddy tried to coax and pacify her. Seeing the bond between them is very heartwarming!

And when she is happy, she gives all sort of cute expressions!

Photoframe for my nephews

It's been quite awhile since I did scrapbooking! I do step into the scrapbooking stores occasionally, not daring to go in too often because I don't want to lose control (of my head and pockets)!

I did this for my nephew Tristen. A simple one using bright colors and American Crafts alphas.

I know my sister will scream at me if I did not do one for Ethan so I did one for my 1st nephew, using almost the same materials.

I love the little face buttons. Bought about 20 faces of boys and girls at Made With Love yesterday.

The 2 boys are about 3months apart, both Tiger babies!

Mok at 27 weeks pregnant

I went to take some photos of my friend, Mok, at 27 weeks pregnant.

They said a pregnant woman is very beautiful and I agree when I see Mok big with baby.

Her lovely son joined in the photoshoot and was such a darling model!

He is very handsome right?

Her husband was very shy and only allowed this side view of him.

Bows for weddings

One of my scrapbooking friend, who is also my sec sch junior, requested me to make some bows for her bridesmaids. Her ROM theme is white and turquoise/blue so she hopes I can make the bows in the same color.

I managed to source for the color ribbon and made these.

My ex-colleague saw this on my Facebook album and asked me to make for her. This is what I did.

Very 'Tiffany' looking right? Haha! :)

Shooting children is not easy. Especially when they already know what is a camera and what they are supposed/not supposed to do in front of it. But I like to capture them when they are unaware.

Back from Perth!

I am back! Back on Mon night and was busy with laundry and housekeeping the past few days. The dry weather in Australia made my skin very dry and itchy, even though I put on moisturizer. Back in Singapore, the hot and humid weather makes me so uncomfortable! Sigh... this is the disadvantage of Singapore, summer every day!

Here are some photos I have taken. I miss Australia! I studied in Brisbane 12yrs ago and love the dairy products and the supermarkets! Must go back to Queensland
