Ramen at home

Cooked this for dinner tonight. Tonkotsu ramen.

I bought the packet from Isetan last Sun. The soup base is tonkotsu, which is pork bone soup. Shimada-san reminded me not to overcook the noodle. Instead of char siew, I use shabu shabu meat. Expensive but I like it. Added some shimeji mushroom, spring onion and seaweed. Forgot to add the menma (bamboo shoots)!

Hubby is sick again. He got a bad sore throat and can hardly speak. I think he has to see the doctor again. He reminded me that today is our anniversary, the day we started dating. I forgot! :p

But nevermind, every day can be anniversary! :)
