Baking corn flakes cookies

Happened to see a comment by Hazel on Facebook about baking cookies so I offered them my kitchen. They came!

I got most of the tools for them but the main 'tool' was their hand!
Look at Hazel kneading with her fire passion!

So pretty and yummy!

All packed nicely. This is only part of it!
Thanks to Meiling for her recipe! It is very easy and she used to teach children to make this.

Cornflakes cookies
300gm self-raising flour
200gm sugar
250gm margarine (melted at room temperature)
1 egg
cornflakes

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Put the mix in mini cups. Do not put too much as the dough will rise. Bake in oven at 200 degrees celsius. Makes about 80pcs.
