Spinner

What is that? My colleague asked me when he saw this photo on my laptop. He thought it is for flying kite.

I bought some thick yarn/thread which is often used at Laines classes. Previously Betty told me where to get it and it really came in a big pack, unwound. Hubby came up with the idea of spinning it like a wheel to wind the yarn faster and he initially stuck a chopstick through it and used another chopstick to turn it. Then I thought of the 7gypsies stand and stuck the spool through it. Voila! We can spin faster this way!

I didn't realize how much yarn there is. After winding one spool, there are still so much more! What am I going to do with them??

Maybe we should go and fly kite with it! :)
